Capital Markets team Assistant

Our client is a global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, capital market solutions, private wealth and employee benefit solutions to multinationals, fund managers, financial institutions and business entrepreneurs worldwide.

They are located in 30 countries globally.  Their Ireland office is rapidly grown in the past number of years where the office is engaged in the delivery of a comprehensive range of services which are uniquely tailored to client requirements.

They are currently looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our Capital Markets Team, ideally a recent business or law graduate.

The Role :

You will assist the client services team.  

You will work closely with the team and colleagues across all business areas to assist in ensuring the strong client relationships and high service levels are maintained and enhanced.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with administrators outside Ireland for co-ordination of couriers for their client companies
  • Liaising with Notary for appointments for Notary services and or apostile of documents
  • Co-ordinate and scheduling of client meetings and liaise with directors
  • E-filing and information updating for client companies internal and external databases
  • Filing in folders and upload to the document management system
  • Archiving of documents, including safe custody documents, maintaining the archive log
  • Printing and scanning documents for the large volume of client companies administered outside Ireland
  • Adhoc duties as when required

Required knowledge and experience


  • Third level qualification, preferably in Business or Law
  • Office administration experience desirable, preferably in professional/financial services
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven organisation skills
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications,
  • An enthusiastic, helpful nature and a flexible attitude will contribute to the success of the candidate.
  • Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail are also an essential requirement.
