Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company and brand
  • Source new leads and follow-up on leads to generate additional business
  • Ensure customer debriefs are conducted to re-tender at the next opportunity
  • Identify, evaluate and develop plans to capture opportunities to expand the Company’s portfolio of products and services in that segment
  • Build relations with key sector players to influence and guide the development of the market in general 
  • Support operations in development of products and services and training of personnel to ensure the capability to deliver to the highest standards
  • Build and develop relationships

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

 

  • Wide experience in selling services in a competitive market segment
  • Strong communication and presentational skills
  • Target driven with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Capable of implementing and maintaining a structured working environment
  • Ability to think creatively, understand customer requirements and the capability to match these to Company solutions
  • Experience in the use of Salesforce.com an advantage but not essential
  • Problem solving ability
  • Results focus
  • Customer focus
  • Full clean driving licence
