The successful candidate will manage outbound sales for the business and build and manage a pipeline being able to manage the full sales cycle. The role involves targeting potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing, creating proposals and presenting engaging and creative pitches to potential clients.

Role responsibilities

  • Build and maintain business pipeline
  • Achieve monthy/yearly targets set
  • Securing meetings with senior decision makers and influencers to secure client business
  • Provide reports of sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Deliver accurate forecasts of revenue, from new and existing accounts
  • Develop individual accounts into Key accounts


The ideal candidate

  • Will have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Drive and passion to win and exceed targets
  • Track record of business development and selling to senior decision makers in corporate businesses
  • Proven experience at meeting sales targets
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle
  • Analytical and data skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to think on your feet while focusing on the job at hand
  • Positive, can-do attitude and dedicated to going above and beyond
  • Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email


Salary : Base salary €30-35k DOE (55K OTE)

Benefits : uncapped commission, mobile phone & mileage allowance

Location: Dublin 24


Full driving license and own car would be preferable
