Bid Manager


The main aspect of this role is to understand the customer’s requirements, engage with all parts of the business to design the correct solution, and manage the response process to submit a professional, compliant and compelling proposal.

The role is a Maternity Leave Contract.

Responsibilities include:

Project managing the bid process from the start to completion and final submission

Managing and contributing to the development of the strategy

Using knowledge of the market and competitors to develop unique selling points

Writing compelling and compliant responses to tender specifications

Creating presentations


Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent writing skills

Project management experience

Ability to liaise with staff at all levels 

Previous experience in completing multiple tasks with potentially competing deadlines
