Key responsibilities:

  • ensuring accuracy in all written correspondence to clients and brokers and to ensure systems are accurate
  • providing excellent customer service in contacting brokers and broker consultants to solve problems swiftly and to avoid delays
  • familiarise yourself and keep updated on all technical aspects of products, procedures, compliance and legal issues
  • putting forward and discussing any ideas what may lead to the improvement of new business processes and procedures
  • building positive and professional working relationships with other teams closely linked to New Business Department 
  • complaint handling within guidelines and service standards

Skills and requirements:

  • fluent written and spoken German
  • office administration and Word Processing experience
  • ability to prioritise and to work on own initiative 
  • excellent organisation skills with focus on customers

Contract: permanent

Salary: 25k – 28k p/a + benefits (free gym, swimming pool, pension scheme etc.)
