Business Analyst – Transfer Agency

Leading International Funds group are looking for highly technical individuals to manage the Transfer Agency Technical changes and developments.

Summary of the role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the fund administration business.


  • Assist in managing, or support scoping and delivery of new technology build/buys to meet additional requirements (eg FATCA, Transfer Agency, Regulatory) and how they will work with current technology systems
  • Assist in documenting new technology builds, and testing of new technology
  • Document and execute migration plans for Transfer Agency systems
  • Document testing plans and execute testing of new/modified technology
  • Plan and coordinate overall project plans where required 

Experience Required:

  • Clear problem solving skills;
  • The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework;
  • Working knowledge of Fund Administration workflows, and specifically knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems;
  • Project management and/or Business Analyst experience
  • BS/BA in business, economics, finance, accounting
  • Advanced Project Management experience preferred;
  • Any technical/programming experience an asset
  • Have strong Transfer Agency experience, including to HWM Mantra
