Administrator required for a growing, indigenous company based in Dublin City Centre

This is an ideal role for someone with some general administration experience with an interest in training in payroll and some general HR and office duties

Interviewing immediately 

Salary neg 23-25k initially with increase potential after probation period 

Training will be given and IPASS qualifcation supported if required 

The role will entail 

  • Assisting the Finance manager with running payrolls
  • Answering employee queries by email and telephone in a timely and professional manager
  • General administration, filing, project work, 
  • Assisting with Accounts receivables and payables
