Busy Dublin City Centre company currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager to join our account team.  Immediate start, an accretive package is available for the right candidate

Key responsibilities

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Reconciling debtor accounts and ensuring prompt payments
  • Processing supplier invoices, payment runs and creditor reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT returns and P30 returns
  • Payroll
  • Working with journals, sales and purchase ledgers
  • Assistance in preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Produce ad hoc reports as required

About you

  • Excellent Knowledge of Sage accounting & payroll packages
  • Strong Microsoft family product knowledge (Excel advanced & Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Motivation to develop skills and progress
