Title: Accounts Administrator
Duties:
Accounts administrator
- Work closely with the finance manager
- Processing of purchase invoices including by not limited to
- Insuring invoices are correctly authorised on Purchase order system
- Posting of invoices to Sage 200 accounting system
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Regular payment runs
- Posting daily transactions
- Ensuring daily transactions balance
- Importing daily transaction journals into Sage
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting bank transactions
- Assisting with bank reconciliations on several bank accounts
- Cost analysis
- Assisting with production of reports from Sage in order to analyse costs and assist with cost contro
Experience Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computational ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work under own initiative with minimal direction
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets, can prioritise tasks under pressure
