Our Multilingual and Customer service Division is managed by Daniel
Michalewicz. Daniel holds BA in Hospitality Management from Dublin Institute of
Technology. Originally from Poland, he moved to Ireland 12 years ago. With
background in hospitality sales and e-commerce, he joined the Sales and
Marketing Team at Eden Recruitment in 2007. A year
later he took over the responsibility for Multilingual and Customer Service
Division and soon after he was promoted to Division Manager, managing high
volume recruitment projects. His clients range from small companies to large
multinationals across Ireland and UK.
The division
specializes in recruiting for all levels of roles within English speaking and
multilingual Customer service, technical support, fraud, account management and
multilingual sales. As well as
providing relevant CV’s, Daniel would also be delighted to assist in providing
general information such as salary guidelines or emerging trends on
multilingual markets.
Our Temple Bar location is particularly beneficial in attracting a flow
of suitable multilingual and call centre candidates. Eden has full facilities
to test prospective candidates and these can be customised according to out
clients needs.
