Eden Recruitment's Pledge to Job Seekers
1. Eden Recruitment will operate flexible working hours to enable job seekers to meet with staff outside of normal working hours. (Extended opening hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday.)
2. Eden Recruitment pledge that all job seekers going forward for interview will be prepared - each jobseeker will be given information about the company and the vacancy and given accurate directions on how to get to the interview.
3. Eden Recruitment pledge to offer assistance and advice to aid career and job ambitions of a job seeker.
4. Eden Recruitment guarantee that every job seeker will be interviewed and assessed for jobs of interest to them and not those simply on the agency's books.
5. Eden Recruitment pledge to provide a written response to all CVs received within 5 working days.
6. Eden Recruitment will treat all dealings with job seekers in the strictest of confidence.
7. CVs will not be forwarded to an employer without the express permission of a job seeker.
8. If Eden Recruitment is unable to offer a suitable placement referral, we will, at minimum, provide inexperienced job seekers with advice to improve employment prospects.
9. All job seekers will be met on time every time and interviewed at length.
10. Eden Recruitment will also offer job seekers advice on CV preparation and general interview techniques.
Eden Recruitments Pledge to Employers
1. Eden Recruitment pledge to deliver a professional level of service to employers by; - Assigning one person to manage your account who will have a thorough understanding of your business and recruitment needs -Providing a consistent high level of service in the management of your account, which will include regular progress reports.
2. Eden Recruitment pledges to conduct a 'health check' meeting at least 2 times a year to assess service levels on your account.
3. Eden Recruitment also pledge to provide a quick response to inquiries within 5 working days.
4. Eden Recruitment pledge that any candidates recommended for interview have been through a thorough screening and selection process.
5. Eden Recruitment pledge that all job seekers will be fully prepared when going forward for consideration by a client company - they will be given accurate information about the company and the position.
6. Any candidate placed by Eden Recruitment will not be subsequently 'head hunted' by us for other positions.
7. Eden Recruitment pledge to follow faithfully the job specifications provided by a client company.
8. Eden Recruitment pledge that job seekers CVs will never be forwarded to an employer without the express permission of the candidate.
9. Eden Recruitment pledge that we will not inflate the salary expectations of a candidate when going forward for an interview.
