We have a great opportunity for the position of Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in Dublin. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
- Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
- Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards
- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- RELAY software experience desired but not essential
- Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
