Continued high demand for German, Dutch, Nordic and even Japanese Customer and Technical Support Staff
While the demand for German, Nordic and Dutch speaking Candidates slowed down a little over November, it has built back up again since mid December. As well the traditionally sought after languages we currently have 2 clients looking for Japanese speaking Customer Service staff as well as a number of roles for native Turkish speakers in Dublin.
Over 2013 we will be expanding the number of mediums we attract potential candidates through and we will continue to try and attract candidates directly from the countries where the demand is highest.
Its is no longer enough for us to advertise in Ireland and hope we get people that are currently based in Ireland or have just arrived in the country. More and more the people we are interviewing are actually based in Germany, Holland or the Nordic countries but are interested in moving to Ireland for a few years to develop their careers and life skills.
